What if it doesn't work for me?
First week is a money-back window. If after the discovery sessions we both see this isn't the right fit, you get the first payment back, no questions. After week 1, the deliverables are tangible — you keep them regardless.
Does this work for small companies (under 30 employees)?
It works best at 30-500. Under 30 we usually run a lighter 2-week version. Above 500, we scale to 5 weeks. Tell us your size and we'll be honest about fit before you pay.
Do I need previous AI tools or processes?
No. We use AI on our end to compress weeks of consulting into days. You don't need to install or learn any new tool. The deliverables work in plain HTML, Notion, or whatever your team already uses.
Can I split the payment differently?
The 3 × $1,500 schedule is standard. For larger groups or international wire constraints, we accept 2 × $2,250 (50/50) or full upfront with a small discount. Talk to us.
What happens after the 3 weeks?
Optional monthly accompaniment retainer ($1,500-2,500/month) to install the system, train leaders, and adjust the stats system as you grow. About 80% of audit clients continue. The other 20% run it themselves — both are valid.
Remote or in-person?
Both work. Default is remote (Zoom + collaborative docs). In-person available in Bogotá and Costa Rica without travel fees; other cities billed at cost.
