Coaching that ends with a decision — not with notes

The problem with most coaching is not the advice. It is that the session ends, everyone feels clearer, and nothing has an owner or a date attached to it by Friday.

What you get

One decision per session

We do not close until something has been decided out loud, with a name and a deadline on it.

High cadence

Frequent enough that a stuck decision costs days, not quarters.

Owners, directors and leadership teams

Individually or as the group that has to agree — often the group is the actual bottleneck.

Written trail

What was decided stays written down, so the next session starts from evidence instead of memory.

How it works

  1. We find the decision that is stuck

Almost always there is one that has been pending long enough to block several others behind it.

  2. We make it, on the call

With the information available. A decision made today with 70% of the data beats a perfect one made in March.

  3. We check it next session

What happened, what did not, and why. That is where the real diagnosis of the company shows up.

Questions people ask

How is this different from consulting?

A consultant hands you a recommendation and leaves. Coaching gets the decision made by the person who has to live with it, and then checks whether it happened.

Do you work with the whole leadership team?

Yes, and often that is where it belongs. When four people each hold a piece of the same decision, coaching one of them separately just moves the bottleneck.

What if we do not know what our problem is?

That is a normal starting point. The 90-second diagnostic on the home page is built exactly for that, and the first session usually reorders the list you arrived with.
