Website for your business, built by me and handed over to your own team. All of it over video call, wherever you are.
- Your site live on your own internet address (yourcompany.com), which is called a domain.
- An admin panel: one screen with your password where you change text, prices and photos and press save.
- The WhatsApp button wired to your number, with the message already written.
- Every key in your name: the domain, the code and the accounts. I own none of it.
I reply the same day, in English or Spanish. My first reply gives you the price and the delivery date, in writing. I work on Bogotá time (GMT-5), by video call, with clients in any country.
What I hand over,

What is not on this list is not included, and I tell you before you pay.
- The site published on your domain. It reads well on a phone and opens fast on a weak signal.
- Your admin panel. Change a price, press save, and the price has changed. Your team runs it, no technician needed.
- The WhatsApp button on every screen. It goes to your number, with the message written for the page the customer was on.
- A contact form that loses nothing. The lead is saved to your database (the table where your customers and orders are kept) first, and the email reaches you after.
- The words written for you. I ask about your business and write the screens; you approve or correct them.
- Your photos placed properly. Yours, compressed to load fast. If you have none, I tell you which photos to take with your phone.
- The basics of SEO and AEO. SEO means Google shows you. AEO means ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity cite you.
- The visitor counter. You see how many people came in and where they came from, installed and running.

How much does a website for your business cost?
It depends on how many screens it has and whether it needs a store, bookings or a database. Message me on WhatsApp and my first reply gives you the price and the delivery date, in writing.
Can I change the text, the prices and the photos myself?
Yes. You get an admin panel: one screen with your username and password where you edit text, prices and photos and press save. You do not message me to change a line, and I do not charge for it.
Is the website in my name or in yours?
In your name. The domain, the code, the database and the accounts are registered to you, with a list of what each one is. If you stop working with me tomorrow, you take all of it and nothing switches off.
Does it arrive ready for Google and for ChatGPT?
It arrives with the basics: title and summary for Google, the list of your pages and your business details as Google asks for them. Competing for crowded searches is SEO and AEO, a separate service.
