WhatsApp bot for customer service. Also at 11 at night.
WhatsApp bot for customer service: it answers on its own, asks for the name and what the person needs, then hands you the conversation with the details already written down.
- The message that lands at 11 at night gets answered at 11 at night.
- The bot (a program that answers on its own, using the answers you wrote) asks for the name and the request before it hands the chat to you.
- It answers price, hours, where you are and whether you deliver, using only answers you approved.
- It runs on your number and every account is in your name. I keep nothing.
- Any hournights, weekends and holidays included
- Your numberthe one you already hand out
- 2 live sitesyou can open them right now
I answer the same day, with the price and the date. See where it is running.
I work with clients in any country over video calls, on your hours. I am in Bogotá (GMT-5).
A "hi" is not a customer.
A name and a request is.
What you read in the morning when the bot worked the night shift (an exchange written for this page).
Good evening, do you waterproof basement walls?
We do. I'm the company assistant, and I'll hand you over to a technician as soon as I have two details. Your name, and what city the wall is in?
Ana Restrepo, Quito. It's a basement wall that has been damp for months.
Thank you, Ana. I have: damp basement wall, Quito. A technician writes to you tomorrow morning with a price and a date for the visit.
At 7 a.m. the owner opens the chat and already has the name, the city and the problem.
What gets installed,
piece by piece.
- The script, approved by you. The questions you get most and the exact answer to each.
- Two questions that qualify: name, and what they need. They go first, because they turn a "hi" into a contact you can sell to.
- The lead catcher on your website. Your green floating button opens the chat with the message written. No second button.
- The handoff to a human. When the customer asks for a person, or has given their details, the bot hands over the conversation and stops talking.
- The contact where you already read: in the same WhatsApp, by email, or in your CRM (the list where your customers sit with their phone number and what they asked for).
- Business hours and the same script on web and email.
- The count. How many conversations came in, and how many ended with a name and a request written down.
If you want the contact to move on its own afterwards, that is automations; if you have nowhere to put the button yet, the business website comes first. Would you rather learn to build this yourself? That is Your Own Software: live one-on-one training, 15 to 20 hours, $3,500 flat.
Two businesses running this.
Open them and message them.
Not mockups: two live sites with the lead catcher installed, checked at 390 pixels wide on 2 October 2026. On both, the bot uses the floating button that was already there.
Biodry Ecuador
Case 1 · Damp walls, Ecuador- The green button opens WhatsApp with the message already written: the visitor only hits send.
- The conversation reaches the business with the request in writing, not as a bare "hi".
Becerra Biomédica
Case 2 · Dental equipment service, Bogotá- The message goes out with the machine the customer asked about named in it.
- The technician reads which machine is failing before calling.

The four I
always get asked.
What does it cost and how long until it is answering?
The price and the date are in my first WhatsApp reply, the same day. They depend on how many questions the bot answers and where it runs: WhatsApp, website chat or email. I do not bill by the hour.
Do I have to change my WhatsApp number?
No. The bot runs on your WhatsApp Business number, the same one you already hand out. The bot answers first, and the moment you type in that chat it goes quiet and you take over.
Will customers know they are talking to a bot?
Yes, and it says so in the first message: it introduces itself as your business assistant and hands you the chat once it has the details. It never pretends to be a person, because nobody who feels tricked buys.
What happens when someone asks something the bot does not know?
It does not make anything up. It says you answer that one, asks for a name and a phone number, and sends you the conversation with the question as it came in. Repeated questions go into the script that week.
Message me and I answer today.
Tell me in one sentence what your business does, how many messages you get a day, and what country you are in. My first reply has the price and the install date.
