Business process automation.
Let the repeated work run itself.
Business process automation takes the work that repeats the same way every day out of a person's hands. A flow does it instead: a written rule that says "when this happens, do that", left running on the internet.
- The form on your website saves the contact first and sends the alert after, so you never lose one, even when the email fails.
- The reply email goes out on its own, the minute someone leaves their details, with that person's name in it.
- Contacts land in your CRM with nobody copying them. A CRM is the list that holds your customers and what you talked about with each one.
- Everything ends up in your name: the accounts, the flows, and the written list of what each one does.
Tell me in one sentence what you do by hand today. My first reply gives you the price and the date. By video call, in any country.
What I hand you,
piece by piece.
I build the flows in n8n, Zapier or Make, three programs where you draw the flow on a screen and it keeps running on the internet, even with your computer switched off.
- The list of what you do by hand today. What comes in, who copies it, and how much time it eats.
- The flows built and published. Running on the internet, not on your machine.
- The form on your website connected. If you do not have a website, I build it: websites, apps and platforms.
- The automatic emails. The reply to your customer and the alert to you.
- The WhatsApp alert. If you also want it to answer on its own, that is the WhatsApp bot.
- The log of every run. One screen that shows what ran, at what time, and whether it failed.
- The keys and the written list. Which flow does what, where it lives, and how it is switched off.
Three things you
stop doing by hand.
The contact that never gets lost
The data is saved first and the alert goes out after. Built the other way around, one failed email takes the contact with it. I saw it on a page I fixed: six weeks of lost contacts, no error shown.
The email that sends itself
Your customer leaves their details at 11 at night and gets your reply at 11 at night, with their name in it. You write it once; the flow sends it every time.
The report that arrives already built
Monday morning you get how many contacts came in, where they came from, and which ones nobody answered. The flow reads what is already stored and writes it out.
Three live sites
with this inside. Open them.
Real estate, Florida: the owner changes the content without messaging me
- She logs into her own admin panel and publishes on her own.
- The contact form stores the data before it sends the alert.
Dental equipment service, Bogotá: the form writes the WhatsApp message for them
- The button opens WhatsApp with the message already written.
- It reaches the technician's phone with the facts in it, not as a bare "hello".
Damp-proofing, Ecuador: a questionnaire that writes the message and stores it too
- The WhatsApp message comes out with name, city, type of building and symptoms.
- At the same time an email alert goes to the owner.
- I built the site and the lead catcher, and both ended up in the client's name.
If you would rather learn to build these flows yourself, that is Your Own Software: 15 to 20 live hours, one on one, $3,500 flat. Everything else I do is on the home page.
What people ask me
before we start.
How much does it cost to automate business processes?
It depends on how many flows there are. My first WhatsApp reply gives you the price and the delivery date, with your case in front of me. I do not charge by the hour or for the first call.
What happens if I stop working with you tomorrow?
You keep everything. The n8n, Zapier or Make accounts are opened in your name and with your email, and I hand you the written list of what each flow does and where it is switched off. I keep nothing.
Do I need a CRM before any of this works?
No. A CRM is the list of your customers and your talks with each one. Without one, the first flow can save contacts into a spreadsheet. If you set up a CRM later, the flow gets pointed there.
What if a flow fails one day?
Every flow saves the data first and sends the alert after, so if the alert fails the contact is not lost: it is stored and sent again. I also show you the screen listing every run.
Message me and I answer today.
Tell me in one sentence what you are doing by hand today: copying contacts, sending the same email, building the same report. My first reply says which flow I would build first, the price and the date. I work online, in English or Spanish.
