When a session ends in "this has to go on a screen", I build it: a WhatsApp bot that answers and asks the first questions, or automations. The rest is on the home page.

No. It is work on your business decisions: who you hire, which price goes up, which line you close, who answers for each number. If you need a psychologist, I tell you on the first call and charge nothing.

What if it does not work for me?
Full refund if the client sees no value in the first 2 sessions. By then you already have the diagnostic answered and two decisions made with dates, so you judge with something on the table, not a promise.
Do you work with me alone or with my leadership team?
Both, and we decide before we start. One on one when the decision is yours; with the leadership team when three people each think somebody else is responsible. By video call, from any city.
